Job Summary
To support the administration and optimization of pharmaceutical manufacturer discount programs, the full-time remote PBM Contract & Rebate Analyst will analyze claims data, ensure contract compliance, and provide sales and RFP support while collaborating with various teams to manage contract initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze claims data for accuracy in contract processing and provide recommendations for contract optimization
- Support sales and RFP efforts for prospective clients and assist with contract evaluations and risk management
- Serve as a subject matter expert for audits and coordinate government-related reporting for compliance and client requirements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3-5 years of experience in managed care, pharmacy benefits management, or pharmaceuticals
- Pharmacy technician license preferred
- Experience with pharmaceutical manufacturer contracts and rebate programs preferred
- Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights
