Job Summary
To support the administration and optimization of pharmaceutical manufacturer discount and contracting programs, the full-time remote PBM Contract & Rebate Analyst will analyze claims data, ensure contract compliance, and provide sales and RFP support while collaborating with various internal teams.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze claims data for contract processing accuracy and provide recommendations for contract optimization
- Support sales and RFP efforts for prospective clients and manage contract financial guarantees
- Serve as a subject matter expert for audits and coordinate government-related reporting for internal and client requirements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3-5 years of managed care/pharmacy benefits management or pharmaceutical experience required
- Pharmacy technician license preferred
- Experience with pharmaceutical manufacturer contracts or rebate programs preferred
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
