Job Summary
Detail-oriented and proactive, the full-time remote Client Implementation Specialist will guide new clients through their onboarding journey, overseeing technical setup, workflow configuration, and user training to ensure a seamless transition to active product usage.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end client onboarding and technical implementations, ensuring projects are completed within defined timeframes
- Configure software/platform settings and assist with data mapping and initial data validation for clients
- Conduct virtual training sessions for users and provide consultative guidance on best practices for prescribing
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a registered pharmacy technician
- Holds a PTCB certification
- Experience in implementation or a strong understanding of EMR platforms
- Strong technical writing skills for documentation and client materials
- Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging with both technical teams and client stakeholders
