Pharmacy Technician License Required
Job Summary
To support a dynamic clinical team, the remote contract Pharmacy Technician will manage scheduling for pharmacist consultations, ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations, and provide exceptional customer service while working in a call center environment.
Key responsibilities
- Schedule pharmacist consultation appointments and manage incoming fax queues
- Document provider feedback and report PHI-related incidents in accordance with HIPAA requirements
- Collaborate in departmental meetings to enhance processes and improve workflow efficiency
Required qualifications
- Current and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in the state of residence
- 1+ years of experience working remotely in a cross-functional team environment
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Ability to work a flexible schedule with rotating shifts between 8:00am and 8:00pm CST
- High School Diploma or GED
