Job Summary
Supporting pharmacy operations and technology, the full-time remote Pharmacy Technology Analyst I will manage system connectivity, operational data feeds, and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors on enhancements, requirements, and issue resolution.
Key responsibilities
- Support execution of pharmacy technology strategies to enhance efficiency and meet business needs
- Perform foundational tasks such as data entry, tracking deliverables, and organizing technical materials
- Identify and escalate basic technical issues while assessing their potential business impact
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of professional work experience)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the Healthcare Industry
- At least 2 years of experience with operational analysis and understanding of integrated systems
- Ability to assist with technology implementation and maintain accurate documentation
- Commitment to building technical knowledge and compliance awareness
