Job Summary
Supporting pharmacy operations and technology, the full-time remote Pharmacy Technology Analyst I will manage pharmacy platforms, system connectivity, and operational data feeds while collaborating with internal teams and external vendors on enhancements and issue resolution.
Key responsibilities
- Support execution of pharmacy technology strategies to improve efficiency and align with business needs
- Perform foundational tasks such as data entry, tracking deliverables, and organizing technical materials
- Identify and escalate basic technical issues, assessing their potential business impact
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of professional work experience)
- Minimum 3 years of Healthcare Industry experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience with operational analysis and understanding of integrated systems
- Ability to assist with technology implementation and task execution
- Commitment to building technical knowledge and compliance awareness
