Job Summary
Leading the national measurement and realization of pharmacy value, the full-time remote Pharmacy Value Economics Director will manage the pharmacy value economics framework, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and translate financial and market data into enterprise-level recommendations.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the pharmacy value economics framework, including methodology, governance, and financial performance standards
- Lead national forecasting methodologies for rebate revenue and value product opportunities while developing executive business cases
- Produce actionable insights related to rebate performance and net cost optimization, translating data into executive-level narratives
Required qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in healthcare, pharmacy, managed care, finance, or related fields
- 5+ years of direct or matrixed people leadership experience
- Experience developing healthcare or pharmacy economics methodologies to support strategic decision-making
- Proven ability in financial modeling and developing executive dashboards and performance measurement frameworks
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives with clinical, finance, and analytics stakeholders
