Pharmacy Value Manager

Job Summary

Owning the strategic vision for pharmacy value and decision-support capabilities, the full-time Senior Manager, Pharmacy Value Capabilities & Decision Support will lead the development and implementation of technology-enabled tools to enhance affordability and provider experience while working remotely from anywhere within the U.S.

Key responsibilities

• Own the strategic vision and roadmap for pharmacy value and decision-support capabilities, translating clinical and operational priorities into scalable tools
• Integrate clinical, operational, and financial intelligence into actionable decision-support frameworks while partnering with cross-functional teams
• Establish KPIs and performance measurement frameworks to evaluate the effectiveness of pharmacy value initiatives and support leadership decision-making

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare, managed care, or related environments
• Experience in product management, capability management, or program management
• Proven ability to translate business and clinical needs into actionable requirements and workflows
• Experience working with large healthcare datasets and partnering with analytics or business intelligence teams
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives and develop executive presentations
