Job Summary
As the Clinical GTM Lead, this full-time remote position will manage clinical sales partnerships, support customer implementation and growth, and provide product insights, ensuring pharmacy leaders understand how to integrate Latent's solutions into their workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Lead clinical portions of sales calls, product demos, and executive meetings, addressing pharmacy operations and medication access queries
- Collaborate with Partner Experience to support customer workflows and identify opportunities for account growth
- Translate customer feedback into actionable recommendations for Product while ensuring clinical accuracy in customer-facing materials
Required qualifications
- PharmD from an accredited institution and an active pharmacist license in at least one U.S. state
- Minimum of seven years of relevant experience in pharmacy practice, clinical operations, or healthcare technology
- Strong understanding of medication access and pharmacy workflows
- Proven experience in customer engagement with clinical and executive stakeholders
- Ability to communicate complex clinical topics clearly and create useful materials for various teams
