Job Summary
Supporting health system customers through every stage of their journey with an AI-powered digital pharmacy platform, the full-time remote Pharmacy Operations Specialist (PharmD) will manage implementation processes, drive customer success, and enhance adoption while leveraging deep pharmacy operations expertise.
Key responsibilities
- Facilitate implementations as a clinical and operational expert, ensuring tailored configurations and training for health system pharmacy teams
- Drive post-go-live support and customer success initiatives, maximizing platform adoption and identifying opportunities for expansion
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document learnings, provide internal enablement, and contribute to product improvement insights
Required qualifications
- PharmD required
- 3-5+ years of experience in health system pharmacy operations, particularly in infusion strategy or services
- Experience using Epic or Cerner EHRs
- Proven ability to engage with pharmacy leadership and nurture customer relationships
- Strong project management skills and proficiency with productivity tools
