Job Summary
Leading the strategic direction of Independent Medical Education (IME) and scientific content solutions, the full-time remote Scientific Director will develop evidence-based content strategies and educational programs while ensuring clinical accuracy and quality across healthcare and life sciences markets.
Key responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and oversight for IME and scientific content solutions, ensuring accuracy and defensibility
- Shape and drive the content strategy for the IME and science portfolio, establishing quality standards and scalable review processes
- Serve as a trusted clinical expert for complex content decisions, partnering with editorial, product, and commercial teams to enhance customer engagement
Required qualifications
- PhD, MD, or equivalent medical degree
- Direct experience conducting or reviewing Independent Medical Examinations (IMEs) or comparable clinical review experience
- Strong understanding of clinical evidence, guideline development, and scientific literature evaluation
- Experience in content strategy, medical affairs, or related healthcare fields
- Proven ability to communicate complex clinical concepts to diverse audiences
