To support a growing digital agency, the full-time remote Philippines Licensed CPA Accountant will manage daily back-office accounting tasks, including reconciliations, invoicing, and payroll compliance for US clients.
Key responsibilities
- Perform weekly reconciliations and deliver a clean month-end close package by the 10th of each month
- Oversee monthly invoicing for agency clients and monitor accounts receivable collections
- Prepare payroll data packages and ensure compliance with US payroll structures and regulations
Required qualifications
- Active CPA License in the Philippines
- 3+ years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience for US-based small businesses
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online, including bank feeds and reconciliations
- Understanding of US payroll structures and compliance for W-2 and 1099 classifications
- Experience managing accounts receivable and payable workflows for service businesses
