Job Summary

To support a fast-growing international company, the full-time Philippines Licensed HR Manager will manage HR operations, including onboarding, contracts, policies, and payroll administration, while ensuring compliance with local labor laws in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day HR operations for employees and contractors across multiple countries
• Draft, issue, and maintain employment contracts, HR letters, and employee documentation
• Own and improve onboarding processes to ensure new hires are set up correctly and professionally

Required qualifications:

• Strong hands-on experience in an HR Manager, HR Generalist, or People Operations role
• Experience supporting HR operations across multiple countries and international teams
• Strong working knowledge of Philippines labor law and HR compliance
• Experience handling onboarding, contracts, policies, and HR administration
• Ability to work independently and take ownership without constant oversight
