Physical Security Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the operation and coordination of enterprise physical security technology programs, the full-time contract Physical Security Operations Analyst will manage remote monitoring systems, video surveillance technologies, and related initiatives while collaborating with various teams to enhance system reliability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of remote monitoring and security technology systems, addressing performance issues and enhancing reliability
• Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot security system issues and document technical processes
• Assist project managers in tracking security technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational policies and procedures

Required Qualifications

• 0-3 years of relevant professional experience in operations analysis or security systems support
• Proficiency in Microsoft Visio and familiarity with project management tools
• Working knowledge of physical security technologies, including remote monitoring and video surveillance systems
• Strong business writing skills for preparing reports and technical documentation
• At least three years of formal education beyond high school or a minimum of two years of relevant work experience
