Physical Therapist Assistant

Job Summary

To support patient care, the part-time Physical Therapist Assistant will assist in implementing treatment plans, provide therapeutic exercises, and monitor patient progress in an onsite setting.

Key responsibilities

• Assist physical therapists in implementing individualized treatment plans for patients
• Provide therapeutic exercises and modalities to promote patient recovery
• Monitor and document patient progress and report findings to the supervising therapist

Required qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• Experience in a clinical setting preferred
• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team
