Physical Therapist - Compact State

Job Summary

Working three days a week at the clinic in Greenwood, SC and two days remotely, the full-time Physical Therapist - Compact State will provide digital health services, including virtual care and remote therapeutic monitoring, while developing personalized care plans for a diverse patient population.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver personalized plans of care for patients with orthopedic and neurologic diagnoses
• Utilize digital platforms to conduct telehealth visits, including evaluations and treatment plan development
• Collaborate with in-clinic providers and support operations to enhance digital service delivery and patient care

Required qualifications

• Diploma from a CAPTE-approved Physical Therapy Program
• Active Physical Therapy state license or in the process of obtaining one
• Experience in digital/telehealth services preferred
• Commitment to providing exceptional quality of care
• Ability to measure patient outcomes using advanced software
