Job Summary

Detail-oriented and proactive, the full-time remote Physical Therapy Enrollment Associate will manage onboarding workflows to facilitate physical therapist enrollment across contracted payers and partner networks, ensuring compliance and timely credentialing.

Key responsibilities

• Review therapist enrollment information and supporting documentation for completeness and compliance with payer requirements
• Prepare, submit, and track enrollment applications and updates within established timelines
• Communicate with therapists, payers, and internal teams to support timely enrollment completion

Required qualifications

• Less than one year of related experience in healthcare administration, credentialing, or operational support
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and data integrity
• Ability to follow established procedures and meet productivity expectations
• Experience working with internal databases and digital management systems
• Proven problem-solving capabilities with the ability to escalate complex issues
