Job Summary
Providing compensation support and analysis, the full-time remote Physician Compensation Analyst will manage market survey analysis, perform Fair Market Value assessments, and ensure compliance with compensation regulations while collaborating with various stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct market survey analysis and participate in salary surveys to assess competitive compensation positions
- Perform ad-hoc data analysis and modeling to evaluate new compensation structures and their financial impacts
- Review physician contracts for compliance and support payroll teams with compensation-related inquiries
Required qualifications
- Prior experience in data manipulation and strong organizational skills
- Superior computer skills, including proficiency in data management and word processing
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Accounting, Analytics, or a related field from an accredited institution
- Experience as a compensation analyst, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Understanding of healthcare jobs and functions, including incentive pay administration
