Physician Compensation Auditor, PA Licensed

Job Summary

To enhance the efficiency of physician compensation processes, the full-time remote Physician Compensation Auditor, PA Licensed will plan, execute, and report on audits of physician compensation while collaborating with the Physician Compensation Team of PSD Finance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate physician incentive compensation plans and departmental supplemental pay policies
• Manage payroll submissions and reconciliations for physician incentives and supplemental pay
• Lead process improvement initiatives and conduct SOX Compliance audits related to physician compensation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or a related business field
• Minimum of five years of relevant work experience
• Master's degree or CPA license with four years of experience may be considered
• Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly spreadsheet applications
