Physician Licensing Specialist

Job Summary

Detail-oriented and experienced, the full-time remote Physician Licensing Specialist will manage licensure applications for new physicians, ensuring compliance and a smooth onboarding experience while collaborating with the Credentialing and Licensing Team.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage licensing processes end-to-end, including initiation, tracking, and communication of all licensing activities and expenses
• Ensure timely completion of necessary licensure applications for new Imagen specialists by their planned start date
• Communicate effectively with physicians and Imagen teams regarding licensing processes and support specialists with state board licensure applications

Required qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience with physician license applications, with multi-state experience required (IMLC and State Boards)
• Established contacts and relationships with state boards and the IMLC
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, able to clearly articulate next steps to providers and stakeholders
• Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills with close attention to detail
