Physician Practice Auditor Educator

Job Summary

To enhance the skills of auditing professionals, the full-time Physician Practice Auditor Educator will provide training and education on evaluation and management coding in a remote setting from 8 AM to 4:30 PM.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver educational programs focused on E&M coding and auditing practices
• Conduct audits and provide feedback to improve coding accuracy and compliance
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure understanding of coding guidelines and best practices

Required qualifications

• Certified Professional Coder (CPC) or equivalent certification
• Experience in physician practice auditing and coding
• Strong knowledge of E&M coding guidelines and regulations
• Ability to create training materials and conduct effective training sessions
• Proficiency in healthcare software and coding systems
