Physician Recruiter

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the full-time remote Physician Recruiter will serve as the first point of contact for physicians, build relationships to generate referrals, and develop recruitment strategies aligned with organizational needs.

Key responsibilities

• Builds and maintains relationships with physicians and medical institutions to identify and attract potential candidates
• Conducts outreach to prospective physicians to assess their qualifications and career goals
• Maintains accurate records of recruitment activities and provides feedback on market conditions and challenges

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma; College Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience
• Ability to develop and execute effective recruitment plans across various venues
• Strong working knowledge of applicant tracking systems and computer programs
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
