Physician Recruiter for Ophthalmology

Job Summary

To attract top Ophthalmologists and Optometrists, the Physician Recruiter for Ophthalmology will strategically manage the end-to-end hiring process, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience while working remotely and focusing on recruitment and placement activities across multiple practices.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and implement strategic sourcing plans to build a pipeline of passive candidates using various resources
• Consult with business leaders on current and future talent needs, while reporting on vacancies and candidate activity
• Attend local and national conventions and partner with universities to promote the employer brand and improve recruitment processes

Required qualifications:

• 3 or more years of demonstrated recruiting success, preferably in a clinical healthcare environment
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and understanding of interview workflow
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Relentless attention to detail and a passion for process improvement
