Physician Sales Liaison

Job Summary

Driving referrals into Remote Patient Monitoring and Chronic Care Management programs, the full-time Physician Sales Liaison will engage in high-volume outbound phone outreach to physician practices, utilizing EHR/EMR systems to confirm referrals and meet performance quotas in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls daily to assigned physician practices
• Pull eligible patient lists from EHR/EMR systems each day
• Confirm referrals on the spot or lock in a specific follow-up time

Required Qualifications

• 2-5 years in outbound sales, inside sales, or patient/provider enrollment with a proven quota track record
• Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding specific call-based activity or conversion goals
• Working familiarity with EHR/EMR systems or comparable clinical data platforms
• Active, hands-on daily use of AI tools in a prior or current sales workflow
• Proven ability to build fast trust with clinical or administrative staff and get past gatekeepers
