Job Summary

Fostering collaboration and communication among diverse stakeholders, the full-time Pikes Peak Sentinel Landscape Coordinator will advance the goals of the Sentinel Landscape Implementation Plan while managing partnerships and facilitating local engagement in a hybrid role based in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Pikes Peak Sentinel Landscape Leadership Team, coordinating with federal, state, local, and non-governmental stakeholders
• Develop and implement the Pikes Peak Sentinel Landscape Implementation Plan, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and measurable outcomes
• Manage partnership finances, including budget development, tracking, and reporting to support transparency and informed decision-making

Required qualifications

• Experience facilitating inclusive group processes to achieve shared goals
• Understanding of military installation operations and encroachment needs
• Knowledge of local land, natural resources, and community dynamics within the Pikes Peak Sentinel Landscape
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with diverse audiences
• Familiarity with systems thinking and the ability to connect perspectives to navigate complexity
