Job Summary
Supporting customers through the medical claims process, the fully remote Casualty Claims Analyst III (Personal Injury Protection/Medical Payment) will guide clients, evaluate claims, and ensure accurate handling of medical expenses following auto accidents.
Key responsibilities
- Guide customers through the medical claims process with empathy and professionalism
- Investigate and evaluate Personal Injury Protection (PIP) and Medical Payments (Med Pay) claims
- Review medical bills and related documentation to determine claim eligibility and coverage
Required qualifications
- Strong critical thinking and time management skills
- Customer service experience or skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Insurance experience is helpful but not required
