Job Summary
To support the design of integrated piping systems for data center liquid cooling applications, the full-time Piping Designer will develop detailed piping designs, ensure compliance with industry standards, and collaborate closely with the manufacturing team in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop detailed piping designs, including 3D models and layouts for data center projects
- Ensure designs adhere to industry and client specifications
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to integrate piping systems with overall project designs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering
- 2-5 years of industry experience in piping design within construction, pharmaceuticals, semiconductor, or oil & gas industries
- Proficiency in piping design or CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Revit)
- Working knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control protocols
- Knowledge of industry codes and standards
