Placement Specialist

Job Summary

Building partnerships with clinical placement sites, the full-time Placement Specialist will manage relationships to secure hands-on learning opportunities for students while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop partnerships with hospitals and clinics for student clinical rotations and present these sites for approval
• Identify and negotiate placement agreements with healthcare agencies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
• Maintain relationships with existing partners to facilitate successful clinical experiences for students

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (or higher) required; relevant experience in healthcare or placement considered
• 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in healthcare
• Solid knowledge of the healthcare field, with experience working directly with providers
• Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously while collaborating with a team
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills to develop relationships both in person and via phone
