Plan Building Specialist

Job Summary

Designing and maintaining complex benefit plans within the QicLink platform, the remote Plan Building Specialist will translate client requirements into detailed plan structures, ensuring compliance with regulations while supporting the administration of self-funded benefit plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret plan design requirements to build, maintain, and validate benefit plans
• Configure and support self-funded benefit plans across multiple lines of coverage
• Ensure compliance with applicable state and federal regulations in all plan designs

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of health insurance experience, preferably in plan building or benefit configuration
• Experience working with self-funded plans and diverse plan designs
• Familiarity with healthcare regulations such as HIPAA and ACA
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate client needs into effective plan designs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools
