Job Summary

Leading plan design discussions with new and converting plan sponsors, the full-time remote Plan Consultant will guide clients through plan provisions, ensuring accurate documentation and effective onboarding processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead plan design discussions and explain provisions, eligibility requirements, and contribution formulas to clients
• Manage multiple onboarding cases, serving as the primary contact for plan design-related questions
• Collaborate with the Documents team to ensure accurate and updated plan documentation based on client elections

Required qualifications

• Experience in retirement plan design or related financial services
• Strong understanding of compliance and plan documentation requirements
• Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM systems
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Critical thinking skills to resolve non-standard plan design situations
