Plan Consultant - DB/CB

Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of employer-sponsored retirement plans, the fully remote Plan Consultant - DB/CB will administer Defined Benefit and Cash Balance Plans while ensuring compliance with IRS, DOL, and ERISA regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage and maintain an assigned book of defined benefit, cash balance, and/or defined contribution plans
• Prepare and review valuations and compliance testing in accordance with ERISA guidelines and IRS procedures
• Assist plan sponsors with the plan termination process and provide quality communication with clients and advisors

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in defined benefit and cash balance administration
• Intermediate experience performing DC nondiscrimination testing
• In-depth knowledge of IRS, DOL, and ERISA regulations
• Proficient skills with Microsoft Excel and Word
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage deadlines effectively
