Planning Analyst, Project Controls

Job Summary

To support project controls for moderate complexity projects, the full-time Planning Analyst, Project Controls will develop cost reports, track project data, and assist with risk analysis in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain cost reports and project schedules
• Track actuals, commitments, and forecast data while identifying variances
• Interface with project team members to gather inputs and maintain organized documentation

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field
• Three or more years of experience in cost or schedule management on capital projects
• Direct experience working in a complex, matrixed environment
• Expertise in cost and schedule management software
• Experience in construction, life sciences, data centers, industrial, or a related technical field
