Job Summary
Seeking a part-time Plant-Based Cooking Trainer, the successful candidate will conduct 4-hour practical-theoretical workshops in schools and kindergartens, focusing on plant-based cooking, nutrition standards, and food waste reduction, while managing logistics and organizational aspects of the workshops remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Leading practical-theoretical workshops on plant-based cooking and nutrition in educational institutions
- Coordinating the procurement of necessary ingredients and organizing travel to workshop locations
- Managing the organizational aspects of the workshops, including attendance records, certificates, and feedback collection
Required qualifications
- Experience in gastronomy (HoReCa) with practical knowledge of plant-based cooking
- Minimum of 50 hours of experience in conducting training or workshops for adult groups
- Familiarity with collective nutrition standards is a plus
- Knowledge of nutrition norms applicable in educational institutions
- Ability to convey knowledge clearly and supportively, considering the daily challenges faced by kitchen staff
