Plant Controller

Job Summary

To support financial planning and operational execution in a manufacturing environment, the full-time salaried FP&A Plant Controller will develop and maintain standard costing models, collaborate with plant managers to drive performance, and lead financial reporting and analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain dynamic standard costing models aligned with budgets and forecasts
• Collaborate with plant managers to identify cost drivers and integrate financial goals into daily operations
• Lead the preparation and analysis of monthly financial statements, providing insights and recommendations for improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA and/or MBA preferred
• 5-7 years of experience in FP&A or plant controlling, preferably in a manufacturing setting
• Strong understanding of ERP systems and cost accounting principles
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
• Proven ability to develop and implement financial systems and processes
