Plant Takeoff Specialist

Job Summary

To support project execution, the full-time Plant Takeoff Specialist will analyze project documents and collaborate with Project Managers and engineers to generate detailed material scopes for Water and Wastewater Treatment Plants, with the flexibility to work remotely within the United States or in a hybrid capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Review project schedules and analyze specifications to identify issues
• Conduct detailed material takeoffs and ensure accuracy before submission to Project Managers
• Coordinate meetings with project stakeholders to discuss project scope and requirements

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in material takeoffs for Waterworks materials
• Working knowledge of pipe, valves, fittings, and materials in the waterworks industry
• Demonstrated understanding of construction documents, including plans and specifications
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
