Platform Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Platform Analyst will maintain and enhance reporting tools and data visualizations, ensuring the quality of Managed Services output while supporting technical skill development across the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the maintenance and continuous improvement of internal Power BI reports and dashboards for client performance monitoring
- Develop and maintain client-facing reporting functionality, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client requirements
- Serve as the primary contact for reporting inquiries, triaging issues, and coordinating fixes with the DevOps Platform Engineer
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in a business analyst, data analyst, or reporting role within a technology-focused organization
- Proficiency in Power BI, including report and dashboard development and data model management
- Experience developing client-facing reports with a focus on data accuracy and presentation quality
- Familiarity with structured data from multiple sources and basic ETL concepts
- Strong communication skills for explaining technical outputs to non-technical audiences
