Platform Architect
Job Summary
Leading high-priority platform implementation projects, the full-time remote Platform Architect will serve as the primary expert for Adobe Journey Optimizer, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance digital customer experiences and ensure alignment with marketing objectives.
Key responsibilities:
- Advise on architecture, governance, and best practices for Adobe Journey Optimizer
- Gather information from clients and internal teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements
- Oversee platform configuration and development of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
Required qualifications:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer and at least 3 full end-to-end implementations
- Proficiency in JSON and XML, with familiarity in HTML, MJML, and CSS preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related business or technology field, or equivalent work experience
- Experience with Adobe Experience Platform, RTCDP, and CJA strongly preferred
- Solid understanding of digital marketing execution processes and audience segmentation methods
