Platform Build Engineer
Job Summary
To support critical infrastructure for developers, the temporary Platform Build Engineer will provide hands-on CI and build support, manage CI infrastructure, and investigate build failures while working remotely from the East Coast.
Key responsibilities
- Provide direct support to mobile, backend, and data engineers to diagnose and resolve complex build and infrastructure issues
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize CI agents, ensuring health, capacity, and stability while resolving operational failures
- Investigate CI failures and performance bottlenecks, driving incidents through to root-cause resolution
Required qualifications
- Deep platform and developer infrastructure experience
- Broad understanding of scalable CI/CD pipelines and build infrastructure
- Hands-on experience and familiarity with Bazel
- Operational flexibility with a service-minded approach to developer support
- Experience troubleshooting systems in production environments
