Platform Compliance Specialist
Job Summary
To support a growing platform engineering team, the remote contract Platform Compliance & Qualification Specialist will manage qualification activities, evidence management, and compliance documentation to ensure platforms remain compliant and inspection-ready.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute qualification and validation activities for platforms, including plans, protocols, and summary reports
- Collect and maintain compliance evidence, ensuring documentation meets audit-grade standards
- Perform recurring control execution, including access reviews and vendor oversight activities
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in computer system validation and qualification or IT compliance within life sciences or regulated industries
- Hands-on experience producing validation deliverables such as plans, protocols, and traceability matrices
- Excellent technical writing skills with the ability to create clear and precise documentation
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and relevant documentation tools like Jira and Confluence
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field
