Platform Compliance Specialist
Job Summary
To support a growing compliance service, the contract Platform Compliance & Qualification Specialist will execute qualification activities, manage compliance documentation, and ensure audit readiness for platform engineering teams in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Execute qualification and validation activities, including plans, protocols, and summary reports
- Collect and maintain compliance evidence, ensuring documentation meets audit-grade standards
- Prepare audit packages and support internal readiness checks ahead of audits and inspections
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in computer system validation and qualification, IT compliance, or IT quality within regulated industries
- Hands-on experience producing validation deliverables such as plans, protocols, and traceability matrices
- Excellent written English with the ability to create clear and precise documentation
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or a related field
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and GRC tooling such as Jira and Confluence
