Job Summary
Providing expert post-sales support for software and hardware systems, the full-time Platform Engineer will utilize remote diagnostic capabilities to address complex customer issues and manage critical escalations while working in a virtual environment.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the subject matter expert for complex issues and critical escalations, providing support to customers and field personnel
- Proactively review customer networks to identify potential issues across multiple software and hardware components
- Independently manage diverse problems, which may include lab management, mentoring lower-level engineers, and project management
Required qualifications
- 5-6 years of experience in a relevant field with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 4 years of experience with a Master's degree or equivalent
- Expertise in industry protocols and solutions
- Experience in customer situational management
- Strong understanding of cross-platform issues and multiple protocols
- Ability to work independently on complex problems
