Job Summary
Providing expert post-sales support in a virtual environment, the full-time Platform Engineer will manage complex software and hardware systems, troubleshoot issues, and mentor lower-level engineers while acting as a subject matter expert in critical escalations.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively review customer networks to identify potential issues across multiple platforms and protocols
- Act as the subject matter expert for complex technical issues and serve as the internal representative during critical escalations
- Independently manage diverse problems, which may include lab management and project management tasks
Required qualifications
- 5-6 years of experience in a relevant field with a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or 4 years of experience with a Master’s degree or equivalent
- Expertise in industry protocols and solutions
- Experience in customer situational management
- Ability to work independently on complex problems
- Experience in mentoring and guiding lower-level engineers
