Platform Engineer
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Platform Engineer Observability will manage infrastructure as code, design agentic AI solutions, and engineer observability solutions to enhance application performance and reliability.
Key responsibilities
- Provision and change infrastructure exclusively as code to ensure reproducibility and reviewability
- Design and build agentic AI solutions to automate operational tasks and enhance platform delivery
- Engineer and manage observability solutions utilizing OpenTelemetry to monitor application performance
Required qualifications
- Experience with containerization solutions, particularly Docker and Kubernetes
- Proficiency in Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS) and Azure Container Apps (ACA)
- Strong understanding of security and compliance best practices in software delivery
- Familiarity with reverse engineering applications and infrastructure to trace dependencies and data flows
- Technical capability to maintain high-speed internet connectivity for remote work
