Platform Engineer
Job Summary
To support a growing platform, the full-time Platform Engineer will design and operate scalable cloud infrastructure, automate operational tasks, and enhance reliability while working remotely across Americas or European timezones.
Key responsibilities
- Build and improve the platform infrastructure to enable engineers to work efficiently and securely
- Design and operate scalable AWS cloud infrastructure focused on reliability, performance, and security
- Automate operational tasks and establish platform standards for consistent service deployment and operation
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in infrastructure engineering, platform, or SRE roles
- Strong experience managing production infrastructure as code using AWS CDK, Terraform, or Pulumi
- Solid understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure
- Proficient in observability and monitoring tools like Datadog, Grafana, or OpenTelemetry
- Ability to communicate clearly in written and spoken English while overlapping with Americas working hours
