Platform Engineer
Job Summary
Supporting the reliable operation and continuous improvement of enterprise platform services, the full-time Platform Engineer will manage infrastructure across cloud and on-premise environments while working in a hybrid setting near Manchester, NH.
Key responsibilities:
- Independently support daily operations, monitoring, maintenance, and documentation of assigned platform services
- Execute incident response, service restoration, request fulfillment, and change implementation activities
- Maintain accurate documentation and administer physical and virtual server, storage, backup, and cloud management tasks
Required qualifications:
- Associate degree, technical certificate, or equivalent combination of education and hands-on technical experience
- Minimum of three years of experience in IT infrastructure operations, systems administration, or related platform engineering
- Relevant technical certification or ability to obtain one within 12 months of hire
- ITIL Foundation certification within 12 months of hire
- Working knowledge of enterprise infrastructure concepts, including cloud services and operational risk management
