Platform Engineer
Job Summary
Supporting the reliable operation and continuous improvement of enterprise platform services, the full-time Platform Engineer will manage infrastructure across cloud and on-premise environments while working in a hybrid setting near Manchester, NH.
Key responsibilities:
- Independently support daily operations, maintenance, and documentation of assigned platform services
- Execute incident response, service restoration, and change implementation activities
- Administer physical and virtual servers, storage, and cloud services within assigned scope
Required qualifications:
- Associate degree, technical certificate, or equivalent IT training and experience
- Minimum of three years of relevant IT infrastructure operations experience
- Relevant infrastructure or cloud certification, or ability to obtain within 12 months
- Working knowledge of enterprise infrastructure concepts including virtualization and SQL platforms
- ITIL Foundation certification within 12 months of hire
