Job Summary
Supporting the development of a secure application-hosting platform, the full-time remote Platform Engineer will design, deploy, and maintain cloud-native infrastructure while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance delivery pipelines and automate operations.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in the full lifecycle of platform services, including design, development, deployment, and continuous improvement using agile methodologies
- Design, build, maintain, and optimize automated CI/CD pipelines to ensure secure and reliable application delivery
- Monitor and maintain production services, evaluating system health to ensure platform reliability and performance
Required qualifications
- 7-10 years of experience in DevSecOps engineering, platform engineering, or a closely related technical discipline
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field
- 5+ years of experience programming in Python, including automation for infrastructure tasks
- Strong understanding of Unix/Linux operating systems and experience with containerization technologies
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and automated CI/CD pipeline design and maintenance
