Platform Experience Product Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Platform Experience Product Manager, this full-time remote position will manage the delivery of a connected tax platform experience, ensuring a seamless customer journey by integrating Vertex products and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Orchestrate the delivery of a unified platform experience across Vertex products, aligning commercial strategy, engineering execution, and UX design
• Translate business and customer requirements into engineer-ready specifications, bridging the gap between strategic intent and technical implementation
• Lead platform feature development from ideation through launch, partnering with engineering teams to ensure delivery against requirements

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS or cloud-based solutions
• Ability to translate business and customer requirements into technical specifications with fluency in APIs and agile development
• Proven experience navigating competing priorities across multiple product teams and making decisive trade-off negotiations
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in using data and KPIs to guide product decisions and measure impact
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously with minimal supervision
