Job Summary

As a full-time remote Platform Integrity Operations Coordinator, the successful candidate will develop and maintain operational processes, create clear documentation, and coordinate improvements to enhance fraud detection and response across the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, document, and maintain operational processes and workflows for reviewing suspicious activities
• Write clear operational documentation to guide frontline teams and cross-functional partners
• Evaluate workflows to identify gaps and recommend improvements based on operational data and team feedback

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in operations, process management, or related fields
• Demonstrated experience in building or managing operational workflows in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written communication skills for creating SOPs and process documentation
• Analytical skills to identify process gaps and recommend practical improvements
• Experience working cross-functionally and communicating process changes effectively
