Platform Lead - VA
Job Summary
To support a mission-critical application modernization program, the full-time Platform Lead - VA will provide hands-on technical leadership across multiple engineering squads, focusing on identity management and platform integration while working in a hybrid environment with both remote and on-site responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day activities of identity, hub, shell, and Spoke Kit engineering squads, ensuring alignment with program priorities
- Oversee technical quality across platform engineering activities, including design reviews and code-review standards
- Support an Agile delivery environment with two-week sprints and coordinate sprint demonstrations with the Solutions Architect
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering
- 3+ years of experience leading multi-squad platform engineering teams
- Hands-on experience with modern web application platforms
- Strong understanding of identity federation and authentication integration
- Experience with event-driven integration architectures
